Engaged by the president of a $2 billion science and technology solutions business to define an integrated business strategy and action plan for its multi-faceted businesses related to global climate change. We defined target customers, service offerings and value propositions for each business. We identified linkages and potential synergies across businesses. We defined investment plans and priorities. We articulated key marketing messages for use in an intensive branding campaign. And we defined and socialized the go-forward action plan with senior management, resulting in a substantial investment by the business for practice development, business development, and internal R&D.
