Executive Dashboards for HR
Engaged by the corporate HR director of a Fortune 500 technology firm to develop executive dashboards that would lead to improved HR performance across the firm. We worked with senior management to define key performance indicators. We utilized prototyping and spiral development methodology to rapidly define the solution design and proof-of-concept. We recruited and managed the technical team to implement the solution. We leveraged the client’s existing IT and data infrastructure to minimize cost. And we deployed a secure, dynamic system of weekly and monthly dashboards that are used extensively by senior management, from the CEO to line management , and have been credited with dramatically improving the visibility of HR performance data across the firm.
